Though it didn't have its own name at first, my Fray fansite has been online since the fall of 2001. My Buffy site, Fangirl may be considerably larger, but it was my love of Fray that got me started on the web...

Fangirl was actually a combo Fray/Buffy site when it started (the name made a little more sense then, yes?). It was hosted at Homestead for just over a year, and I put it together using their builder software.

After I finally learned me some HTML, I bought my own domain in late 2002. I split the Fray & Buffy sites for the move to inner-moppet.net, and the Fray site was named Versi as of V2.

Versi languished a bit after that, what with it taking well over a year for the last two issues to come out. And once they did, the pending site update kept falling further down my To Do list. Well, shame on me for that. Because an email from Emma totally rekindled my excitement about Fray and Versi.

Carrie originally ran the Fray fanlisting and did a fantastic job of it. Then she passed it on to Emma. And with a number of wonderful sites of her own to run, Emma generously offered to let me incorporate the Fray fanlisting into Versi - thank you so much, Emma! And you too, Carrie, for doing such a wonderful job with it in the first place.

So V3 of Versi is going up in early March, 2004. The site's been overhauled to include the fanlisting (whoot!), and there's a bunch of new goodies here and there. I've still got to add last two issues, but fingers crossed, those will come soon. I just didn't want to take any longer to post this update, and I can't thank Emma (& Carrie!) enough. You ladies rock!
