The Fanlistings
A fanlisting is a site that gathers together the fans of something. There are fanlistings for movies, foods, actors, toys - even fanlistings for other websites! This fun and addictive idea is the brainchild of the lovely Janine, and you can find out more about it here.

Katya Derevko
Yekatarina Derevko, Katya to those who know her, agreed to save Sydney and Vaughn from a North Korean firing squad... if Jack would kill Arvin Sloane. She wouldn't tell Jack why - or why she wanted him to be the one to do it - but she settled for simply telling Sloane that he'd almost been killed. To secure Syd & Vaughn's escape she visited a man named Mr. Cho who owed her a favour. He tried to object, saying it was more than he could manage, but a pair of skewers through his hands and a face full of searing hot grill convinced him to rethink his answer.

Before she left town she gave Jack a sweet kiss "from Irina" and big kiss from herself. Katya's interest in Jack continued during her next visit. In Novgorod, Russia, she rescued Sydney and Vaughn again, this time from the Russian Army (where she was apparently a Colonel). She confessed to them that her real aim was to find Irina's younger daugher who was taken away when she was just a day old.

After the three of them returned to Los Angeles, Katya helped Jack review Sloane's financial records for clues to where he may have taken Nadia. She told Jack plainly that she found him sexy, a remark he chose not to comment on, and she suggested that with Irina's affair with Sloane becoming common knowledge at his office, Jack might not wish to be alone. That night Jack apparently took her up on her offer. He insisted he was perfectly capable of dealing with the situation alone... and then he kissed her very thoroughly.

Of course, Katya *is* Irina's sister. Just before Vaughn could 'erase' his wife, Lauren, he fell to the ground with a knife in his back. In the hospital, Vaughn told Weiss that Katya was the one who stabbed him, but Sydney had already chased Lauren to Palermo. Sure enough, Aunt Katya was there. She insisted she was also trying to infiltrate the Covenant's camp, and Sydney returned the gun she'd taken from her. Katya raised the weapon and fired... but Sydney had taken the liberty of removing the gun's clip. Sydney shot her aunt with a tranq dart and proceeded with her mission, leaving Katya alone on the hill.
