Buffy vs. Harmony
Buffy Summers and Harmony Kendall had their fair share of socially awkward moments at Sunnydale High, but their rivalry didn't really begin until Harmony had been dead for several months. We saw her get bitten at Graduation, but it wasn't until the next fall that we found out she had also been turned. And when she came back to town, one of the first things she did was to bite Buffy's best friend, Willow. Not really the best way to get on the Slayer's good side. But Buffy didn't really have time to work up a grudge over it, as she was busy trying to keep Spike away from the Gem of Amara.

When Harmony kidnapped Dawn, however... well, Buffy didn't seem too bent out of shape over that either. But Harmony sure thought she was, and she ran to Spike for sanctuary, convinced that the Slayer was out to kill her to death. Pronouncing herself Buffy's arch nemesis (and taking up smoking, because that's what villains do), Harmony resumed a sexual relationship with Spike, blissfully unaware that he was just using her as a substitute for Buffy.

Both were involved in an ugly (yet hysterical) scene in the basement of Spike's crypt where he faced both of them as well as Drusilla, and when Spike chose Buffy, despite her not wanting him in the slightest, Harmony gathered the remaining shreds of her dignity and left Sunnydale forever. And even though they never saw each other again, Harmony continued to resent the other blonde in her Blondie Bear's life.
