A fanlisting is a site that lists as many people as possible who are fans of something - in this case, episode 2.07 of Alias. The Counteragent
The Counteragent is episode 2.07 of Alias. Vaughn is dying, due to his exposure to the fluid from the Rambaldi device. Irina confirms that an antidote exists, so Sydney takes a sample of his blood to Estonia to synthesize the gene-specific serum. But before she can get away, she is caught by Mr. Sark, who demands that in exchange for the antidote - and her life - she help him get to Arvin Sloane. Sark claims to want to kill the head of SD-6, and Sydney agrees to help him, despite Jack's objections to seeing his daughter involved in premeditated murder. She ambushes Sloane at a ryokan in Tokyo, posing as a geisha, then pricking him with a poison that renders him unconscious. As the ambulance containing Sloane and Sark speeds away, Sark's man gives Jack the antidote, and Vaughn makes a full recovery. Sydney arrives at Credit Dauphine and finds a surprise waiting for her: Sloane, alive and well, with new new ally, Mr. Sark.
